The recovery has been slow because my whole life had to re-adjust (without being melodramatic). Between doctor's and specialists visits, exercise to strengthen, trying to work and balance life as a single parent, the financial toll on myself is incredible. I use myself as an example but it happens to people all the time. I have a client who just settled his accident claim but at such a cost to his business and lifestyle. This was a car accident, could you imagine a heart attack or stroke? It behooves owners and key people of companies to get the right insurance policies because accidents do happen...
